Police are calling a shooting in a Minot RV Park last night self-defense Detective Bob Barnard says the incident happened shortly after 10 o clock last night Barnard says 42-year-old Jonnie Guerrero was shot three times with a 22-caliber handgun by a woman who said her husband was being threatened by Guerrero with a car jack handle Guerrero is being treated at Trinity Hospital for injuries that are not considered life-threatening Detective Barnard says Guerrero lives at the campground with his family and was shot after a fight with others who live there Detective Bob Barnard Minot Police Department The information that s available to us now has been reviewed by the Ward County State s office and so far based on this information they ve indicated that there will be no crimal charges in this matter Last night s shooting was the third shooting in as many weeks in Minot
